WHOLESALE SHIPPING

Wholesale orders are shipped by a 3rd party and can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please keep that in mind. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE for any issues with a WHOLESALE ORDER. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. THIS IS A RESPECTABLE 3RD PARTY IN BUSINESS OVER 30 YEARS  AND THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. 

REGULAR ORDER SHIPPING

We currently ship domestically within the United States of America (all 50 States and Washington DC), including Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We currently use USPS for shipping.

Domestic Shipping

USPS First-Class Mail Domestic: 4-7 Business Days + 1-14 Processing Days

USPS Priority Mail Domestic: 3-5 Business Days + 1-14 Processing Days

All Orders are processed in the order we receive them and shipped out accordingly.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you after an order has shipped.

LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once packages are in the possession of the USPS we're not responsible for them any longer. If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged please contact your USPS. Also Please track your packages.

RETURNS

Within seven (7) days of the date received, a customer must email our Team at plugish1@gmail.com with the order # (number), product(s) name, description of damage(s) and at least 3 photos of the damaged product(s). Our Sales Team will review the grievance and issue a determination within 48-72 hours.

RETURN PROCESS

If a "return product" determination is reached we will inform you to mail the package back in the same manner in which you received it. 

Note

All returned products, must be in new and unused condition,

with all original tags and labels attached. 

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

ADDRESS ERRORS

Any address errors entered incorrectly and returned will be the customers responsibility to have reshipped but we must have the item returned and shipping paid by the customer. (Note a 20% restocking fee if the item isn't returned) will be deducted if a refund amount is agreed upon.
